As an author, advocate, and person living with bipolar disorder, I know the power of having healthy outlets to cope with extreme emotions. Writing can be a beautiful and safe space to express yourself and make sense of your feelings. It’s hard to know where to start when it comes to writing. I want to share some creative writing prompts that will hopefully inspire you to begin.
Writers Tip: Do not overthink. Just write.
