One person dies by suicide every 40 seconds in the world. If the suicide rate continues to rise researches predict that number will have increased to one person every 20 seconds in 2020. 

I timed my daily morning routine-shower, brushing teeth, putting on clothes and making coffee which took a total of 45 minutes. One of my favorite writers, April Green, wrote a short poem that really spoke to me.
